How to Log a Service Request

ICT has transitioned some of our Online forms from legacy.wlu.ca to the ICT Customer Portal. Currently the following requests are available on the Portal: Bring Your Own Device, Data Classification Request, Desktop Software Request, Media Setup or Video Conference Request, Network Drive Access, and Voicemail Password Reset.
